Watch & Learn in HoLEP

Watch & Learn is useful in Endourology. In HoLEP, keep tracking the screen and the surgeon's hands, and try to correlate them. Hand movements are translated into actions that make the difference.

Herein comes the terms: microdissection and macrodissection. Microdissection is performed using the laser beam, pointing at certain areas, and macrodissection is done bluntly through the capsular plane.
